ジンギスカンRam
On recent trip to Hokkaido we were told that this restaurant has the best lamb in Sapporo. In Japan lamb is called Ghangis Kan. I am sure that there is a story there somewhere. I’ll have to google around later and see what I can dig up.
茶倉
This tea shop has a really good feeling inside. The day that we were there, there was a live musician playing the guitar. It was a nice break.
とふ屋うかい
Naomi, Yoko and I ate at this wonderful restaurant. If you wear a yukata you get free tofu to take home with you.
南蛮屋 Coffee shop in 館内
Cute little coffee shop with a great offering of food.
I made pretzels
Pretzels
Good Ramen for Lunch
Good busy place to eat lunch. This style of ramen is unusual to me. The noodles are served separate from the liquid. The first time that I tried this restaurant the ramen was a little salty. I like the place so I decided to try again with a slightly different ramen and gyoza.
Ishikawacho – 石川町
Ishikawascho is the Yokohama area’s china town. There are many different foods and interesting things to see. A really good place to stroll around window shopping and eating.
